The Contents Insurance program offers customers peace of mind by protecting the valuable items stored inside rental containers. From tools and equipment to building materials and inventory, this coverage is designed to safeguard your stored contents from unexpected loss or damage.
Coverage: Protects against a variety of risks including burglary (forced entry), water damage, pests & vermin, fire & smoke, windstorms or hail, and falling objects (exclusions may apply).
Exclusions: Coverage does not extend to intentional damage, normal wear and tear, or negligence.
Eligibility: Available for customers leasing storage containers from Mobile Modular Portable Storage.
Benefits: Affordable and flexible coverage tiers help businesses protect high-value items and manage risk effectively—without complicated processes or excessive paperwork.
How It Works: Customers can select a coverage level ranging from $2,000 to $20,000 with a flat $250 deductible. Coverage is activated at the time of leasing, with support and claims assistance provided through our trusted partner, Storage Protectors.
The Contents Insurance program allows customers to focus on their work—not on the risk of unexpected losses—by offering convenient, accessible protection for the items that matter most.

There are four coverage tiers available to suit different needs: $2,000, $5,000, $10,000, and $20,000 in protection.
